About MemberLine

Built for the people
running the member experience.

MemberLine is a personal project turned professional tool — designed from the inside of the industry, for the professionals accountable to results inside it.

The Mission

Help Membership and Event Directors collect, understand, and communicate their data — so they can make better decisions and justify those decisions to leadership.

That statement is the filter for every decision made on this project. Before adding a feature, designing a screen, or writing a line of code, the question is always the same: does this help a Membership or Event Director do their job better?

If the answer is no, it doesn't belong in MemberLine.

Why It Exists

Membership directors and event managers are accountable to real results — membership numbers, retention rates, event revenue, board presentations. The tools they rely on were built for clubs, not for the professionals running them.

MemberLine is different. It's not a replacement for club management software — it's the intelligence layer on top of it. A tool that takes raw data and turns it into the kind of clarity that helps you lead with confidence and communicate your impact to leadership.

What It Is — and Isn't

Built in Public

MemberLine is currently a personal project in active development. Every feature, decision, and milestone is documented in the journal — openly, as it happens. The goal is to build something genuinely useful for an industry that deserves better tools, and to do it transparently.

MemberLine is not yet available to the public. Follow the journal to stay up to date, and be among the first to know when that changes.
